The GM Diet is a 7-day weight loss diet plan. It demand eating specific foods on specific days, part out many food groups and beverages, and drinking something called “GM Wonder Soup” when you get hungry. The beginning of the diet
Day 1 .
All fruit except bananas
Recommend fruits
Water melon and cantaloupe
8 10 12 glasses of water
Breakfast
(8am to 9am) A regular size apple with a glass of water.
Brunch
(11am to 12 pm) half a bowl of sliced cantaloupe with a glass of water
Lunch
(1.30pm to 2.00pm). A servicing of sliced watermelon with 2 glasses of water
Post lunch
(4pm to 5pm) one orange with glass of water
Snack
(6.30pm to 7.00pm) regular size apple with one Glass water
Diner
(8.00pm to 9pm). Sliced cantaloupe and a guava with 2 glasses of water
Substitute food on day 1 …..
Apple with orange
Cantaloupe with cucumber
Watermelon with honeydew melon/ cucumber
Orange with grape fruit/ peach
Guava with green apple.
Day 2 .
Large potato
Cook and uncooked vegetables of your choice without oil
8 to 12 glasses water
Breakfast
(8am to 9am ). A boil potato with a one spoon of low-fat better
Brunch
(11am to 12pm). A salad of cabbage and lettuce with a light salad treeing with a glass of water.
Lunch
(1.30pm to 2.00pm). mix vegetable salad with a Onion cucumber carrots and 2 glasses of water.
Post lunch
(4.pm to 5.pm). one cup of steamed broccoli, one cup of sliced bell peppers, and 2 glasses of water.
Snacks
(6 30pm to 7.pm). some boil cauliflower with a light salad treeing with 2 glasses of water.
Diner
(8pm to 9 pm). A salad of boil broccoli carrot’s and bean’s with 2 glasses of water

Potato with sweet potato with carrots
Low fat better with margined sure cream
Cabbage with choy/celery
Lettuces with leek
Cucumber with carrot
Onion with shallots
Carrot with beetroot
Broccoli with cauliflower
Bell peppers with zucchini
Cauliflower with green beans.
Day 3
All fruit except bananas
Cook and uncooked vegetables without oil of your choice except potato

(11 30am to 12.pm). half a bowl of sliced pineapple 1 pear with glasses of water .
Lunch
(1.30 pm to 2.00pm). A salad of lettuce cucumber, carrot’s with 2 glasses of water

(4pm to 5pm) An orange slice And cantaloupe with one glass water
Snacks
(6pm to 7pm). One pear with a glass of water
Dinner
(8pm to 9pm). A cup of boil broccoli beetroot with 2 glasses of water.
Substitute food for day 3
Cantaloupe with watermelon
Apple with orange
Pear with plum
Pineapple with peach
Cucumber with kiwi
Day 4.
8 to 10 bananas
4 glasses of milk
10 to 12 glasses of water
Breakfast
(8 a m). 2 large bananas one glass of milk
Brunch..
(11am to 12pm). A banana shake one banana and half tea spon honey
Lunch
(1 30 to 2 pm).
Bowl of gm soup
Ingredients
Six large onion
Three medium sized tomatoes
One cabbage
To green bell peppers.
A bunch or celery
Half liter of water.
Method of preparation .
Chop up the onions and peppers in a pot, sauté them in olive oil till they turn mild brown .
Next cut up the tomato, celery’s and cabbage and add them to the pot along with the water .
The soup them about 60 minutes to prepare the vegetable will need to be boiled them left to simmer session it with peppering salt to your liking
Enjoy a bowl of those delicious soup.
Post lunch
(4pm to 5pm). Banana milk shake
Snacks
(6?30 to 7pm). 2 medium 2 small banana’s
Diner
(8pm to 9pm). 2 large bananas in glass of milk.
Substitute food of day 4
Banana’s with fig
Milk with soy milk.
Day 5 .
6 tomato
One cup of brown rice
12 to 15 glass of water.
Breakfast
(8am to 9 am). A few small tomatoes with the bowl of boiled, seasoned kidney beans with two glasses of water.
Brunch
(11pm to 12pm). A cup of yogurt with two glasses of water.
Lunch
(1.30pm to 2pm). A bowl of cook brown rice/chicken breast/fish with two tomatoes and two glasses of water
Pot lunch
(4pm to 5pm). A salad with onion and sprouts with two glasses of water
Snack’s
( 6.30pm to 7pm). An apple and A pear
Diner
( 8pm to 9pm). Gm diet soup with one glass of water
Substitute food of day 5.

Kidney Bean’s with black eyed peas
Yogurt with soured cream
Brown rice and quinoa
Chicken breast with ground turkey

(4pm to 5pm). 3_ 4 baby carrots with a glass of water.
