Ingredients
Serving: 2
• Cabbage(Finely chopped): ½ cup
• Bell pepper(Finely chopped) ½
• Onion (Finely chopped) 1
• Tomato(Finely chopped) 1
• Pepper Powder as per your taste
• Ginger (Finely chopped) 1 inch piece
• Garlic(Finely chopped) 3 cloves
• Sweet corn ¼ cup(Optional)
• Olive oil 1 tbsp.
• Salt as per your taste
• Water 4 cups
Instructions
In a heavy bottomed pen add oil and fry ginger and garlic.
Then add onion and sauté till it becomes colorless .Add a pinch of salt to make onions cook fast…
Add tomatoes and saute well.
Once tomatoes becomes mushy add the vegetables and saute for 2 for 4 minutes.
Add water and allow to boil. Add required salt and let the vegetables to cook for 10 minutes.
Switch off the heat and add bee in need of pepper powder and serve hot.
Chicken grilled kabab
Ingredients
• Olive Oil: 2 tablespoon
• Skinless Chicken ½ kg (serves 1 meal: lunch or dinner)
• Yellow Bell Peppers: 2
• Green Bell Peppers: 2
• Onions: 2 (cut into slice )
• Tomatoes: 2
• Salt & Pepper as to be need
Instructions
Take the chicken pieces and skew them together on barbecue sticks with all the ingredients in to Bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes.
Next of, knead them with Olive oil, salt and pepper on all the sides.
Place them on a grill or oven and cook them until all the pieces become tender. In case you don’t have a Microwave, you can simply put them on an open fire and fry them.

Ingredients

• Onion
• Cucumber
• Red bell peppers
• Carrot
• Dil grass
• Olive oil
• Green chili.
Instructions
One bowl boiled chicken, some sliced onion red bell pepper, green chili ,and add the cucumber, Dil grass , carrot added the salt and black pepper one tea spoon if olive oil and mix well and ready to serve garnish with salad leaves……
